Estate Planning

We work together with you and your attorney to develop a plan to achieve your estate planning objectives. If you do not have an attorney we can introduce you to one of our preferred estate planning attorneys. The estate plan we develop with you and your attorney works to minimize estate taxes, avoid unnecessary probate expenses and ensures that your estate will be distributed according to your wishes.  Our goal as your professional gatekeeper is to ensure that you have in place all the necessary estate planning documents (which may include revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, beneficiary designations, health care directives, and powers of attorney). 

Once your estate plan documents have been finalized, we will assist you in getting your investments titled properly and review what other assets may need to be re-titled. We will help you stay organized and up to date with your estate plan over the years, with the help of our review system.
